Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of iliketool.com (the "Website") and the Blob Media Downloader browser extension (the "Extension"), both provided free of charge by Mahesh Prajapati, an individual based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By using the Website or the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Website

The Website provides free, browser-based tools (image, PDF, CSS, JSON converters and utilities, among others). All processing happens locally in your browser. You are responsible for how you use any file you create, convert, or download using these tools, and for ensuring you have the right to process the content you use with them.

2. The Extension

The Extension scans the currently active browser tab for media exposed through standalone blob: URLs and lets you save that media as a local file. All scanning and downloading happens locally in your browser.

What the Extension does not do: it does not bypass DRM, paywalls, login walls, or encryption. It does not download from adaptive-streaming players (services that assemble video from many small segments via the Media Source Extensions API) — those do not expose a single standalone file to find. A "Failed" result on such a site is expected behavior, not a defect.

You agree to use the Extension only to save media you own, that is offered to you for download by the page's owner, or that you otherwise have the legal right to download. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any website you use the Extension on, and with applicable copyright law. We do not review, control, or take responsibility for the media any specific website exposes.

3. Free of charge

The Website's tools and the Extension are provided free of charge, with no account or usage limit. If we introduce paid features in the future, this document will be updated in advance.

4. No warranty

The Website and the Extension are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Websites we interoperate with (for the Extension) or that you use our tools' output with may change without notice, which can affect functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or the Extension.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website or the Extension to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights, violate any third-party website's terms of service, or circumvent technical protection measures such as DRM. You also agree not to abuse, scrape at excessive volume, or attempt to disrupt the Website's own infrastructure.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
